Sexual Harassment, Power & Leadership
This course examines sexual harassment through the lens of power, leadership, and institutional accountability. Participants will explore the different forms of sexual harassment, understand how power can be used or abused, and analyze the systemic factors that enable harassment across educational, workplace, political, and digital spaces.

At the end of this class, Learners will be technically equipped to:
- Deconstruct sexual harassment and understand its typologies.
- Analyze the anatomy of power and vulnerabilities that lead to abuse.
